Hüseyin ADANALI

Hüseyin Adanalı was born in Manisa in 1969, is the founder of Adisa Consulting Development and Information Systems.

He completed primary and secondary school in Manisa, high school education in Heybeliada Naval High School Command, and graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Industrial Engineering. He completed his master's degree in Istanbul Technical University, Department of Industrial Engineering.

He started his career at Koç Holding A.Ş. He started as a Training Staff in the Organization and Method Coordination Office and fulfilled this duty until 1996. Between 1996 and 2001, İ.d.e.a. A.S. He started to work as a consultant in the company and carried out various consultancy projects on strategic planning, organizational review and restructuring, performance management.

He worked as the Project Leader in the restructuring and lean production projects of companies with the Koç 2000 project, which was implemented throughout the Koç Group.

Hüseyin ADANALI has been working and leading many projects in corporate transformation and development projects in ADİSA since 2001.
