Adisa founder and manager Hüseyin Adanalı attended the "Sustainable University and Changing People Management" Conference held at Aydın University with the partnership of KURSAM and TARMER on Monday, December 9th.

Saying that modern HR should look at psychography rather than demographics, Adanalı said to university students who came to listen to the conference, "Work at a job that suits your heart, that is, your career motivation, not the best." He concluded his presentation by giving advice.
