Hüseyin Adanalı attended the Changing People Management Conference at Aydın University.

Adisa founder and manager Hüseyin Adanalı attended the "Sustainable University and Changing People Management" Conference held at Aydın University with the partnership of KURSAM and TARMER on Monday, December 9th.

Dr. Since the main dimensions of the conference, which started with the speech of Faculty Member Murat Salepçioğlu, the people who change in working life and qualified education compatible with this change, the participants consisted of important names from the business world and academicians. After the opening speeches and the speeches of the participants, Hüseyin Adanalı made a presentation titled "Mass HR Management Will End..." as a keynote speaker. Saying that modern HR should look at psychography rather than demographics, Adanalı said to university students who came to listen to the conference, "Work at a job that suits your heart, that is, your career motivation, not the best." He concluded his presentation by giving advice.

After the presentation of the Sustainability Awards and participation plaques, the event ended with the speaker participants sharing their thoughts and experiences on the subject.
